Nourish Your Soul with Meditation

I'm Jens Kieling, a practicing Meditation Guide, Life Coach, and Fitness Trainer since 2000. My meditation journey sprouted from my desire to become healthier and more mindful. Meditation has transformed me into a more positive, productive, and peaceful person, and I can’t wait to share its benefits with you.

What is a Guided Meditation Journey?

A guided meditation journey is a series of consecutive, privately guided sessions, performed over weeks where you are unconditionally nurtured every step of your journey no matter what your intensions are.  Whatever you want in your life, you will be guided to it.  Meditation Journeys can make it easier to acknowledge, accept, and release suppressed emotions, limiting beliefs, and fears.  These changes can take time which is why Soul Meditation Journey helps you develop a practice to integrate into your current lifestyle.  Click on the offerings tab to see what journey suits you best.
